* ISSION STATEMENT
- Implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
* ROLES
- Become the expert of the respective CTG customers and develop a detailed understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Ability to assess complex long-term objectives, business strategies, and government regulations, translating these into operational outcomes.
* KEY RESULT AREAS
- Manage total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions.
- Define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system.
- Assist with pricing negotiations of customers’ request.
- Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement streamlined and compliant business processes and systematic solutions.
* WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal
- Operations, Sale Force, Offer Management, Marketing, MIS, Supply Chain.
- External
- Software providers, Service providers (market survey/competitors survey…)

Requisiti di lavoro

- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Intelligent, Statistics, Market Research, Finance, Supply chain or related subjects.
- Retails, FMCG or trade experience, at least 4 years relevant working experience, international experience preferred.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures. Enjoy detailed technical data, apply knowledge to improve results in an operational setting.
- Experience in team management and cross functional coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High ability to understand and implement strategies and concepts, highly skilled at synthesizing and applying business knowledge to solve problems.
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
- Knowledge of finance/accounting is a plus.
