Fully in-charge of Payroll services of Eurofins entities in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and newly assigned ELEs

- Payroll process implementation for different legal entities. Must be able to guide the process, providing the most efficient solutions for the good running of the project.

- Ensure compliance for both employer, employee in mandatory contributions, employment taxes to authorities as regulated by laws.

- Review and maintenance of the payroll processing systems, including salaries, allowances, compulsory insurances, personal income tax and other deductions.

- Coordination, management, and organization of the team in charge.

- Collaboration with internal and external audits by providing required records and documentation.

- Research and resolve potential issues that may appear in the payroll process

Requisiti di lavoro

- University Degree graduation in Business Management, Human Resources or related majors.

- At least 3-year experience in the same position.

- Being recognized by employer as outstanding employee, having achievement during employment.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).

- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

- Computer skills: Microsoft office

- Experienced in setup software.

- Quick leaner, dynamic, full of energy, open minded, age under 40.

- Autonomously working, high responsibility, teamwork, team supervision and leading skills.

- Hard work, proactive, open minded, responsive, well organized, time management, and honest.

- Ability to work under high pressure. Working experience in fields of chemical, biotechnology, clinical preferable.
