Descrizione del lavoro

- Plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
- Evaluate ordering plans, make purchasing requests, manage the selection process.
- Monitor order status, be ready for incidents of shortage or backlog of goods, and contact directly with relevant departments.
- Track orders and confirm production times, delivery times and costs.
- Review, update and maintain orders until completion.
- Ensure order comply with contractual agreements; report results to management.
- Identify opportunities and execute work to deliver results.
- Contribute to consolidating and reducing costs from local suppliers.
- Monthly summary and report to section manager.
- Perform other jobs assigned by section manager/ Department manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor Degree in major of Foreign Trade/Business Administration/Import - Export, or related fields
- GPA equal 6.4 or up
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices
- Communicate well in English
- Problem solving, communication, negotiation and analysis skill
