Descrizione del lavoro

- Coordinate with the team to build a Process flow chart , SMT control plan, PFMEA, and Work Instruction for the new models
- Optimize Production SMT / PCBA line layout
- Investigate and analyze root cause for SMT quality issues and take corrective action & preventive actions
- New model menagement and follow up
- SMT / PCBA tool jig design andimprovement

Requisiti di lavoro

- Know well SMT ad PCBA machine such as Solder Printing, Solder Reflow, AOI, Mounter, ICT / FCT
- University degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Engineering ..... or candidates with related experiences in FDI companies
- Good at MS Office, Auto CAD and related technical software skills
- Can communication skills in English or Korean .
