Descrizione del lavoro

- Arrange FCL/LCL Export, CDs, C/O, Trucking, everything for customer/shipper.
- Receive customer/shipper’s booking to check with our Subcontractor or Carrier.
- Use our System to issue (Draft/Original/Surrendered) MBL/HBL to release to customer/Shipper.
- Checking cargo ready date, customs, Delivery, C/O handling, Packing List, Invoice etc…
- Send email to communicate with our group companies in Japan, China, HKG, USA and all agents in each countries etc.
- Send pre-alert to the destination(POD)/our group companies in Japan, China, HKG, USA and all agents in each countries etc.
- Make Debit Note, make sure for payment from customer/shipper by bank transfer if it is COD customer.
- Communicate with HCM office to handle Ocean shipments ex HPH or HCM by Sea.
- Ask subcontractor or Carrier to get Ocean Freight net rate to prepare the sheet by excel file every month.
- Make our ocean schedule by excel file every month.
- Address: Ba Dinh, Ha Noi
- Time working: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 / Sat (2weeks a day) 8:00-12:00

Requisiti di lavoro

- Female is better (25-40 years old)
- At least 5 years of logistics work experience.
- Business English (as long as you can communicate)
- In particular, experience with a Japanese company and experience with maritime (air) exports from Vietnam to Japan is desirable.
- Experience in importing and exporting with Southeast Asia, China, Europe and America is a plus.
