Descrizione del lavoro

Create 3D assets (character models, textures, animation) in accordance with the artistic direction, production deadlines and technical specifications.
Verify the quality of objects in the game, and make improvements where necessary to fit technical constraints and artistic direction
Mentor and train other 3D artists.

A Portfolio demonstrating 3D asset creation and Unity design sample is required.
3+ years experience in 3D animation, modeling, and texturing
Excellent knowledge of real-time modeling techniques (shaders, PBR, normal, displacement etc.)
A strong understanding of Unity shading principles, materials, and composition.
Strong high & low resolution modeling and texturing skills.
Familiarity with the game development cycle.
Good understanding of anatomy & strong eye for detail

Strong time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Coaching/mentoring skills.
Considerable understanding of video games and broad video game culture.
