Descrizione del lavoro

Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in systems
Preparing and maintaining inventory reports
Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
Coordinating with other departments to conduct physical stock count periodically
Verifying stock counts, conduct stock count reconciliation and recording adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost.
Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
Collect costing information and calculating cost of goods manufacturing or work in progress (WIP) based costing methodology
Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inventory or Cost Accountant preferably at manufacturing industry.
Good at in MS Excel.
Experience with and enthusiasm for building out processes and policies related to inventory management or costing for a growing organization is a big plus.
