Descrizione del lavoro

- Control purchasing procedure (verify all PR on procurement) / Kiểm soát hoạt động mua hàng (kiểm tra các PR trên hệ thống mua hàng)

- Managing effectively, analyze operating costs of company / Kiểm soát tính hiệu quả, phân tích chi phí trong các hoạt động của công ty.

- Analyze budget data in comparision with actual data for the trend, variances / Đối chiếu thực tế với kế hoạch của chi phí

- Coordinate with other department for appraising supplier / Phối hợp với các phòng ban đánh giá năng lực của nhà cung cấp

- Coordinate in making budget plan / Phối hợp lập kế hoạch mua sắm/ chi phí

- Coordinate with other departments for reviewing purchasing contracts / Phối hợp cùng các phòng ban review các hợp đồng liên quan đến hoạt động mua sắm

- Other assignments from direct manager / Các công việc khác do Quản lý trực tiếp giao phó.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting

- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Finance, knowledge of the Retail market is preferable.

- Management costing of corporate Finance

- Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- The ability to make good judgments and quick decisions.

- Ensure independently

- Leadership competencies.

- Technical competencies

- Analyzing and solving skills

- Risk and fraud assessment skills.
