Descrizione del lavoro

- Managing the purchase requests from other departments.
- Cooperation with current suppliers and searching for new ones.
- Managing the signing the contracts with suppliers and keeping them up to date.
- Monitor, manage and evaluate suppliers.
- Prepare statistics and generate reports to direct manager.
- Responsible to follow the purchasing procedures.
- Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery.
- Support company events and admin tasks.
- Recruitment, training staff.
- Other ad-hoc assignments from direct manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Software: MS Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good command of verbal and written communication English skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and with intensive deadlines.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner.
- Experience in purchasing or admin
- At least3 years experience in purchasing.
