Descrizione del lavoro

• Vendor sourcing, analyze quotation, negotiate price + lead time with vendors
• Review inventories and order raw material as required.
• Manage purchase orders within the ERP system in a timely manner
• Review delivery against the orders.
• Cooperate with related department and vendors to solve quality problem (if purchased items face quality problem)
• Make payment request
• Update data for purchasing control report
• Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes if necessary
• Other jobs as required

Requisiti di lavoro

• Graduate from College or University (Economic field is prefer: Foreign Trade, Economic, etc.)
• Experience in Procurement (Incoterms, negotiation skill, control raw material inventory, delivery performance, etc.)
• Experience in ERP system
• Experience in handling PO/forecast data
• Experience in contract processing
• Good at English (4 skills: Reading, listening, writing, speaking), Korean language is prefer
• Good at computer skill
• Prefer working in foreign manufacturing company
