Descrizione del lavoro

• Plans, Analyzes project requirements to determine the time frame, procedures and allotment of available resources to various phases.
• Establishes work plans for each phase of assigned projects and coordinates all project activities.
• Manage project activities (Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure).
• Share and report of project status
• Proactively assess project risks and issues, establish mitigation plan/ resolution plan and timely communicate and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
• Share and design of development requirements.
• Know how to manage work, teams, clients and report.
• Responsible to assist team for skill development and enhancement.

Requisiti di lavoro

• Bachelor degree, preferably in computer-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software project development.
• Experience in project estimation, budget control, human management and risk management.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, analytical & well-organized skills.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good at English or Japanese.
