Descrizione del lavoro

- Coordinate the planning and implementation of training programs:
- Participating in quarterly/yearly training plans and budgets.
- Based on research, plan and implement training programs that prepare employees with the knowledge and skills they need to do a better job.
- Coordinate with HR Division of member companies to consult, support, and supervise the implementation of training;
- Directly implementing training activities of PHS;
- Develop training materials and directly teach:
- Proposing and directing appropriate training contents/topics according to needs;
- Directly/Assisting in the development of training materials on the Competency Framework;
- Directly teach integration training classes, corporate culture, basic skills as assigned by the Manager;
- Training reporting and tracking:
- Synthesize information about employees participating in monthly training of the Ecosystem;
- Synthesize training plans of member companies to send to Manager;
- Update and store training data monthly report to Manager;
- Ens ure completion of training KPIs.
- Internal communication about training
- In charge of articles related to internal training activities of the Group;
- Building and spreading training culture in the Ecosystem (Live, Online);
- Have a marketing strategy for the program so that a large number of employees can participate.
- Invite more speakers, instructors if necessary.
- Other tasks.
- Participating in the creativity and coordination of internal events of the Human Resources Division;
- Other duties as required by the Direct Manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Having experience in securities is an advantage.
- University graduate, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,…
- Take the lead a whole training process.
- Know how to use learning management software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Effective planning methods.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit.
- Have two years of experience as a trainer or similar role.
