Descrizione del lavoro

- Reviews and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.

- Responsible for all taxes obligations.

- Revenue and VAT invoice output

- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.

- Prepares financial statements and other reports

- Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system.

- Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits

- Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.

- Assist with annual budgets

- Other jobs assigned by Manager.

* Job activities

- Monitors compliance with generally accounting principles and company procedures.

- Reviews VAT invoice input, payment voucher, salary table, checking contracts….to ensure all suitable with tax regulations

- Record revenue, COGS, issue VAT invoice.

- Prepare monthly report: TB, BS, PL, Cashflow.

*** Work location: Dist 1, HCM city.

*** Date/time:Mon-Fri, 8:00- 17:30, Sat: 8:00- 12:00.

Requisiti di lavoro

- BA degree in accounting - financial.

- Have chief accountant certificate.

- At least 5 years in accounting field in trading company and 2 years experience as manager level.

- English communication, toeic ~ 600.

- PC skill (Accounting software, Microsoft office, other software).

- Problem solving skills.

- Ability to manage, control.
