Descrizione del lavoro

- Receive C/S inquiries and handle customer’s inquiries

- Play role as a bridge to solve machine’s errors, follow shipment between other internal department and customers.

- Make quotation for C/S payment requests

- Manage CS order in ERP

- No KPI

- Work bi-Saturday

- Other works ocurred

Requisiti di lavoro

- University graduated

- Intermediate level of English proficency is required.

- Prioritize experienced candidates in same filed or position

- There is a possibility to do probation at the factory in Hai Phong in 1~2 week.

- Active, positive mind, loyal, responsible and leading attitude of work

- Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with the power to prioritize and eager to learn.

- Proficient in MS Office; English communication is preferred
