Descrizione del lavoro

- Reconstruction of customer plans in 3D modelling software for residential and commercial construction.
- Review and research Australian building code requirements, site surveying areas and analyse materials and their appropriateness for applications to building projects
- Prepare 3D rendering documentation and presentation material for pre-qualifications, bids and projects
- Building structural and architectural models of works with specific 3D software, serving for structural calculation of qualities.
- Implementing detailed drawings of structural parts from design documents for construction
- Analyses problems with conflicting design requirements, sketches ideas and possible solutions
- Comply the procedures as well as specific working processes of the team according to the assignment, evaluation and management from the direct supervisor
- Perform to schedule requirements while maintaining a high degree of quality of work
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, 3D designs or similar
- 3+ years in professional 3D modelling and graphic design
- 3D modeling skills using software such as Revit Architecture, ArchiCAD or similar
- Proven experience with 3D design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Ability to work well with international teams and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand, read, and speak English
