Descrizione del lavoro

- Train, support and lead the young artist of the 2D production team

- Improve the current working and quality process for 2D production team

- Coordination with the Director in Vietnam and the headquarter in Germany

- Active participation in company events, trainings and further development of team

- Implement new projects

- Motivate the teams in 3 shifts and lead the team leader and super visor

Requisiti di lavoro

- Have experience in retouching, color correction and all areas of digital imaging production, especially experience in editorial/advertising and high-end fashion retouch

- Knowledge of Photoshop, layers, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions and non-destructive workflow is preferred

- Basic to advanced management experience

- Enjoy working with a young team and solution-oriented communication

- Flexible, reliable and long term committed

- Communication in English
