Mô tả công việc

- Maintain IT policies and procedure/ IT SOPs
- Install new hardware (Computers, Printers) and Software
- Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices
- Support installing new computerized systems for other departments
- Manage user account (Domain controller)/Permissions, Email (Outlook Exchange), Anti-virus (ESET)
- Support users with problems related to hardware/email/server/network connection/phone
- Plan and support network (LAN/WAN/WIFI) and information infrastructure
- Control and maintain IT system (Access Control/Camera)
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of Servers, workstations, and other related computerized systems (LAB/PRODUCTION/LOGISTIC/TSD)
- Monitor system performance and make appropriate adjustment
- Manage backup and restore procedure
- Software monitoring and network security (Checkpoint)
- Provide support /training and guidance to end users
- Documentation hardware, software and license installed
- Network documentation and problem solutions
- Report works to management
- Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree of Information or related fields.
- MCSA, MCSE, CCNA/CCNP (Preferred)
- VMWare, Windows system (Windows server, Windows 7 /10)
- Network connection knowledge (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, VoIP)
- ERP (SQL Server), Programming languages (VB/C#/ASP)
- Phone system (Avaya)
- Camera system (HK vision)

- Good communication
- English: Good
* Additional Notes
- Work Experience in Pharmaceutical Company (Preferred)
