Mô tả công việc

- Develop, expand and maintain close relationship with customers/ partners and develop market segments to promote company’s business.

- Develop and implement account plan for strategic customers

- Build up and effectively manage continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure stable business situation, report pipeline situation on weekly basis. Report sales activities timely make necessary escalation when necessary

- Cooperate with presales team, partners and related department to make proposal with enthusiasm. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.

- Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects are run smoothly. Follow up with customer until final collection. Act as main contract point for problem solving with customers/partners if any.

- Ensure all transactions strictly complied with group/company policies & procedures and local legislation.

- Achieve yearly target as agreed with direct manager

- Monthly Target Sales Incentive with rate is 60:40. (salary’s rate is 60%, rate for Sales Incentive is 40%).

*** Working place: Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi

*** Working time: 8h00 - 17h00, Mon to Fri & 1 Sat/month.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Over 3 years of IT sales experience to JOC customers.

- Skills in creating and executing mid- to long-term Account Plan for customers.

- A person who has knowledge of the manufacturing and mobility industry and can independently make proposals that can contribute to the business transformation of customers.

- Good at English communication.

- Proactive and aggressive to find new customer and archive sales target.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.

- Moderate ability to manage others.

- Good negotiation skill, presentation skill, communication skill.

- Effective problem solving skill.

- Team player, enthusiasm, reliable.

*** Priority:

- Can communication in Japanese.

- Having knowledge in similar IT products is an advantage.
