Mô tả công việc

* Preparation & translation of documents, contracts and liquidation minutes for Finance Division.

- Compose and translate other documents as assigned by the Manager.

* Support in the performance of Finance Contracts

- Assist in drafting a template to implement the scope of work specified in the Finance contract signed between PHS and the client.

- Assist the clients in tackling the problems arising, and answer the inquiries and concerns of the clients.

- Measure the satisfaction level of clients for the services provided during the assessment period, e.g. complaints (if any) & their reasons, compliance with schedule.

* Other work of Finance Division.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree, major in finance, accounting, banking

- Securities practicing certificates are preferable

- High sense of responsibility

- Integrity, enthusiasm

- Good communication skills.

- Proficiency in office applications

- English, Chinese capabilities are an advantage

- Ability to work under high pressure

- At least 1-year experience in Finance, Banking or Securities fields.
