- Establishing good relationship with partners.

- Establishing good relationship with carriers/ airlines, coloaders in order to

- Obtain the best freight & payment terms.

- Update, survey and analysis: the markets, customers, clients, freight logistics policy, logistics forwarder policy , ect....,

- Buid up revenues target, customers target and profits every month, year.

- Arrange suitable works in oder that a best effectiveness business.

- Propose to recruit, train and develope sales team.

- Suggest suitable support policy: salary, benefit, other supports in oder how to up the career, how to do effectiveness business works.

- Setting-up the professional process of the international freight business services

- Setting-up database of legal documents, regularly updating new documents.

- Coordinating with other team managers to solve the arising problems.

- Performing other related works as assigned by Section Manager/CEO

Yêu cầu công việc

- Literacy: Bachelor or upper
- Experience: over 5 years in related logistics & International Freight forwarder services
- Majors: Economics, Foreign Trade, ..
- Foreign language (English): Good at 4 skills
- Key Skills: Skill of solving problems, leadership skill, time management skill, negotiation skill, persuative skill, …
- Good in Microsolf office
