Mô tả công việc

* JOB DETAIL:
- Responsible for preparation of import Purchase Order, preparation of L/C Application.
- Responsible for preparation of documents for import goods following receiving procedure.
- Responsible for preparation of exports sales contracts and export shipping documents.
- Responsible for issuing daily Deliver Order & sales invoices.
- Responsible for customs declarations and customs statistic report
- Perform as Coordinator of transportation matters
- Responsible for booking & follow up shipment schedule of import/ export cargoes
- Responsible for performing any additional task related to reports or collect data of sales and delivery assigned by sales and marketing director.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree with Major in: Business Administration, Banking or Foreign Trade
- Experience at same position is preferrable
- Fluent in English communication, reading and writing.
- Good at MS office package.
- Highly responsibility, cooperate in working.
- Good health.
