I.JOB BRIEF:

This position has the role of Research and development, managing, supervising, and operating IT system, computer hardware, perform regular maintenance for ensuring the efficiency of IT infrastructure running smoothly.

II.DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Be responsible for ensuring infrastructure hardware and systems in DC/DR (Server, Storage, UPS, Windows AD, Office 365, VMware, Linux OS, Backup system, …), and also cloud environments are running smoothly.

2. Design, set up, configure, manage servers, system architecture according to technical design requirements. Maintain servers, DC/DR, Cloud environments to ensure performance and availability.

3. Be an admin role in the management of user ID, authorization in IT infrastructure and systems.

4. Provide level 2 support for internal IT teams/end users about IT infrastructure and systems.

5. Be executive for the IT infrastructure approved plan within a high quality, on time, in scope.

6. Training IT infrastructure & system aspects for IT Team, users of all departments if required.

7. Conduct research, make recommendations to IT Infrastructure and Support Manager on IT infrastructure development, optimization.

8. Working with third-party infrastructure IT vendors to research, develop and deploy, set up key infrastructure systems of the company.

9. Be responsible for public services & domains management.

10. Be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of infrastructure solutions.

11. Develop, maintain the team’s procedures and reference documentation. Ensure that technical/configuration documents are always up-to-date.

12. Propose a plan for the maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, storage, and related hardware every year.

13. Report periodically to the Infrastructure and Support Manager on Infrastructure development, also for risk management.

14. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Infrastructure and Support Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the IT Infrastructure field.

- Experience on Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WINS.

- Experience on Linux/UNIX, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, … is a big plus.

- Experience in monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, …) is a big plus.

- Good knowledge of Web, Cloud services.

- Have good analytical skills, time management skills, good problem-solving skills, and honesty.

- Understanding of production and business processes to be able to participate in consulting solutions for the businesses.

- Have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and the ability to proactively identify problems/ circumvent roadblocks to deliver solutions on time.

- Candidates who have worked in the multi-site environment are a plus.

- Candidates who have SAP knowledge, Cloud services are a plus.
