* JOB BRIEF:

- This position has the role of: Managing and supervising one functional teams of the IT department. This team is responsible to implement, operate, maintain, upgrade, develop and support for all IT Infrastructure, security, end users of the company.

* DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Be responsible for general management day-to-day of the operation, upgrading, development IT Infrastructure and secure: Hardware, System, Network, Security, DC, DR, Backup… and supporting for end user to ensure always providing the best IT services : on time, within budget and in scope.

- Based on the IT Direction of the IT Director to plan the detailed implementation and assign the resources of the Infrastructure and support team to achieve the department’s goals in the best way.

- Supervising, Instructing and Supporting the Infrastructure & Support Team work to have perfect troubleshooting, identifying the root cause and ensure there is no future occurrence of the same incident, and also ensure that the incidents are resolved following agreed SLAs.

- Making recommendations/Proposals to IT Director on infrastructure upgrading the existing systems.

- Consolidate IT annual budget. Track IT budget management and make sure spending doesn’t exceed IT budget.

- Centralize management/control for all IT licenses (except ERP).

- Closely coordinate with other main functions of the IT department (Application /Service and Project Delivery/ ERP) to have the best meet the IT requirements of users from other Departments of the company.

- Participate in major technical support role for IT projects related to Infrastructure and support of the Company.

- Instructing, supervising and coaching/training staffs of other departments to optimize resources to achieve department goals.

- A backup person for IT Infrastructure & Security Admin Specialist.

- Working with third-party infrastructure IT vendors to provide technical support to superiors in equipping key Infrastructure for company.

- Review and prepare infrastructure proposals for getting IT Director approval.

- Manage general IT Asset.

- Present IT general orientation for new employee (if needed)

- Corporate with IT Services and Project delivery team to prepare and propose policies IT infrastructure and user support.

- Consult business in term of IT solutions/processes/policies. Propose and present solutions to IT director and BOD if needed).

- Develop Staff capacity. Manage and conduct IT training plan and support training related to IT. Directly training about IT skills users of other departments of the Company according to the general plan of the IT Department (if needed)

- Report periodically to the IT Director on Infrastructure /Security about current situation/ development and risk management.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Director.
