Job Scope / Position Summary/ Job Purpose:

Acting as junior management at center who monitor and support Sales Director in center operation including sales, operation & academy sections

Main Responsibilities/ Key Accountabilities:

1. Sales & Local MKT:

- Monitoring sales team performance by sales channels directed by BOM to achieve center’s KPIs.
- In charge of local sales events including building action plans, implementing and reporting to Sales Director.
- Monitoring and reporting daily sales results, lead channels conversion ratio of the sales team.
- Supporting Sales Director to train and motivate the Program Consultant (PC) sales team, to make the PC sales team to be able to impress every single client coming or calling to the center, then to be able to win most of them on the spot.
- Responsible for class opening to achieve BOM’s revenue target.
2. Customer services

- Making sure the customer services process and policy is in place.
- Making sure that all students’ learning and communication history is recorded properly.
- Monitoring Academic Affairs at centers and reporting weekly to Sales Director of reenrollment and referrals set by BOM.
3. Academic Management:

- Making sure that student care process, guarantee program and policy is in place.
- Making sure that PC team and AC team communicate & work together well.
- Working with CAH to ensure teacher quality at center met with Sylvan standards.
4. Operations & People Management:

- Supporting Sales Director in daily operations and act as Acting CM when needed.
- Being responsible for overall look and feel of the Center, ensuring that it is consistently warm, welcoming, tidy and clean.
- Ensuring the implementation of effective meeting and information sharing structures
- Motivating and coaching Center staff to provide excellent results and service.
- Proactive in seeking coaching from Sales Director for better center management.
- Creating and providing reports timely and accurately that track and monitor all Center KPIs.
- Other tasks as requested by BOD
- Motivating a team of people from diverse backgrounds and skills levels
- Excellent interpersonal style – with cultural sensitivity to deal with diverse nationalities

Yêu cầu công việc

- BA is required, IELTS 5.0 or TOEIC 750 is preferable
- 3+ years in Sales experience with at least 1 years in a managerial role. Education related working experiences will be a bonus.
- Able to manage and work effectively with various departments.
- Results-oriented and initiative-taking
- Used to working with targets and benchmarking success
- Strong people management skills, Inclusive, can-do attitude
- Executive problem-solving skills and the ability to organize and manage workloads are required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English and local language
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High integrity
