* Construction Administration
- Handles the operations and management side of construction projects.
- Monitor contracts, process billing, keep track of documents, arrange project schedules, supervise workers, and check in with clients.
- Working in a field office to keep a close eye on ongoing projects
- Administration and monitoring of the building process
* Procurement
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory and the supply of goods.
- Preparing procurement reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated at University, major Business Administration or any relevant majors.
- Compliance with Company Office Regulation, Rules, …
- Specialized knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in Excel and Words.
- At least 3-5 years experience in the Admin field, and 2-3 years experience in Management.
