Description de l’emploi

- Manage channel sales goals: Set optimal sales goals to drive business growth and channel accounts (partners);
- Implement sales policy: Execute sales in a way that focuses on achieving goals based on cooperation with channels;
- Risk monitoring and risk management: Participating in building trust with channels, creating a foundation for continued revenue growth;
- Human resource management: Manage sales, target, manage human resources, support sales staff;
- Track and monitor business activities, towards the ultimate goal of bringing profits from the business process and sales activities for the business;
- Propose necessary sales policies to turn potential customers into loyal customers;
- Ensure sales plan, settle inventory, display labels of goods, products, ... thereby ensuring sales requirements set out.

Exigences de l’emploi

- Requires 2 years of experience in a related field with a bachelors degree, no experience with a higher degree is required;
- Experience working in Electronics and IT industry;
- Graduated from college or higher in business administration, e-commerce or related fields;
- Hardworking, good planning and management ability, good communication.
