Description de l’emploi

* The following responsibilities/tasks are relating to tax-related work for MMVN, BSM and TAT:
* Monthly book closing (VAT, CIT calculation):
- Reconcile VAT input figure on B/S with detail of input invoices exporting from Oracle for purpose of monthly VAT declaration.
- Check VAT output figure on B/S with Consolidation VAT Output report from HO and stores for purpose of monthly VAT declaration.
- Prepare VAT return declaration for submitting to Tax Department.
- Booking in Oracle system for: CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT (to be trained).
- Prepare monthly VAT input/output list
* Monthly/daily tax compliance:
- Calculate WHT monthly for accrual.
- Support accountants at stores in managing invoices usage status and tax invoices- related questions.
- Work with einvoice supplier and IT team to support stores in relation to e-invoice issues.
- Reconcile tax payment status with tax department.
- Work with tax consulting company to prepare transfer pricing documents.
- Research and keep team awared of updated and relevant tax regulations.
- Year-end CIT and deferred tax calculation.
- Serve annual tax audit works by providing relevant data as requested.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Tax Manager.

Exigences de l’emploi

- University degree in Accounting, Finance
- At least 02 years experience in Accounting/Tax
- Good at Excel is an advantage
- Good VAS/Tax regulations knowledge
- Experience in using Oracle is preferred
- Good at communication with tax authorities and working in detail.
- Hard-working, reliability, commitment, positive working attitudes and team work
