Description de l’emploi

- Issues Management – troubleshooting internal queries and client inquires
- Be the interface to the Sales Team to help them respond to customer questions or concerns.
- Reviews purchase orders against quotations to ensure accuracy of pricing and terms.
- Partner with appropriate team members to ensure customer complaints, suggestions and opportunities are successfully managed regarding product, service and on time delivery.
- Provide production shipments and forecasting reports to Sales team.

Exigences de l’emploi

- Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, project management, bussiness, supply chain or related technical disciplines preferred.
- Previous sales support experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing work experience required.
- Experience in multiple functions preferred.Integratedmanufacturing experience in one or more of the following: machining, fabrication, welding, assembly.
- Heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience preferred
+ Innate Planning and Problem-solving ability is required
+ Fluent in English, and the ideal candidate also fluent in Korean
