* Responsiblities/ Trách nhiệm chính:

- This position is responsible for performing utmost sales strategy of company: Driving and training sales team to make and maintain stock visibility dominantly in the 100% outlets in area in charge of General Trade channel.

- Managing / Supervising / Training / Coaching sales teams to implement all policies / sales strategies to achieve sales commitment of in charge area.

- Building distributing systems.

- Plan, organize, manage and direct all sales activities for regional marketto achieve the planned targets for sales volume,market share, product mix, coverage and profit margins.

-Recommend & develop strategies, policies, system of Sales, Distribution system

- Monitor and analyzes distribution system, market trend, competitors and the company’s products strategy in order to recommend action plan forimprovement.

-Monitor and analyzes sales progress, promotion expenses, competitors in order to propose sales/ promotion plans to achievemaximum sales volume of different brands, products.

- Provide leadership to develop and motivate Marketing to attainmaximum sales effectiveness and productivity as well as to recommendanddevelop capable successors for the company’s future development.

- Work closely, communicates effectively and makes filed visits with Sales staffs to observe and evaluate theirassigned area, their abilities to serve the best interests of the company, theirrelationship with customers and their service system.

-Propose to appoint, terminate Distributors or to take any action against Distributors

- Appraise staff performance, propose to terminate Sales staffs.Represent the Company to take necessary disciplinary action againstSales staff follows company regulation and labor law.

- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

- Report to: Sales Director

- Working place: Hochiminh Office in charge provinces

Exigences de l’emploi

- Male, age < 35 years

- Bachelor’s Degree

- From 10 years of experience in FMCG, at least 3 years relevant position in multinational companies

- Good knowledge in Sales & Sale Manager

- Be able to work under time constraints

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Good in English communications
