Description de l’emploi

* RESPONSIBILITY: Implement, facilitate and support all OE implementation activities
* Expectation
- Collaborate with Section Managers to facilitate Productivity Improvement activities
- Keep track of the progress of the on-going implementation, including metrics like benefits achieved, area implementation status, number of leadership and shop-floor people trained
- Interaction with all levels to insure understanding and proper use of the tools, and behaviors
- Issues agenda, progress, concern that needs to be discussed and decision making to area managers and/or site management for creating action items
- Leads and facilitates the monthly progress meeting
- Communicating regularly to the senior leadership team (e.g. monthly) the status of the implementation (key metrics) and highlight on-going challenges to be resolved
- Ensures sustainability of the best practices implemented.
* Workplace: ALCAMAX PACKAGING (VIET NAM) Street No. 6, VSIP 1, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong
* Working time: 8:00 a.m - 05:00 p.m (Mon - Sat)

Exigences de l’emploi

- Bachelor degree
- Candidates with major in Industrial Systems Engineering are preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in the position of Engineer and manufacturing field.
- Statistical and other analytical tools
- Computer literate, Microsoft office
- Good skill in English
- Able to communicate with positive impact to all levels of organization
- Good analytical skills and statistical analysis is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure & tight timeline
- High performer and ability to work independently
- Networking skills
