Description de l’emploi

- Together with subordinates to solve the trouble of materials and production issued
- Planning the section vision and target base on division and company’s target
- To skill up the knowledge of Management for leaders
- Receive information from devision and carry out at section
- Exchange information with other WP to skill up the performance and improvement
- Co-operation with other department in order to meet DQCSE target
- Support to improvement group to impro productivity. Compliance with the internal labor regulations of the company, enviromental policy, labor safety regulations, business ethics and responsible for reporting violations.
- Communication with makers and suppliers who related to production

Exigences de l’emploi

- Working experience: at least 5 years of experiences in maintenance and production and at least 3 years experiences in the manager level.
- Have knowledge of GEMBA, HORENSO
- Management skills such as (leadership skill, strategic planning skill, communication, interpersonal skills, etc.)
- A Bachelor or higher with a major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related Industrial Engineering
- Good command in English
