HR Manager (workplace in Nhon Trach)

Description de l’emploi

- Human resource strategy planning, advising the Board of Directors on human resource management.

- Assign job to groups, implementing policies and announcements received from the Board of Directors.

- Organizing and operating the operations of recruitment, training, salary, bonus and welfare for employee.

- Participate in building salary, bonus and welfare policies for employees.

- Update labor law, Nike policies;

- Inspect, implement, and adjust policy processes.

- Incharge of public affairs with local agencies and associations

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and Vietnamese Law, Nike regulations

- Consulting the issues of rules, policies, regulations and proposing measures to improve the quality of resources; participate in the periodic staff assessment process;

- Marking relevant reports as required

- Other jobs assigned by management.
