Description de l’emploi

- Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluation of human resources policies, programs, and practice.

- Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing on recruitment process.

- Maintain and process monthly payroll by system, calculation and entry data.

- Be responsible for managing social, health and unemployment insurance; prepare and submit labor and social insurance reports to local authorities.

- Maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering, and measuring learning and development.

- Be responsible for SHUI & PIT (included PIT finalization).

- Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling by timely manner.

- Resolving industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Guide and monitor for the completion of performance management process.

- Overseeing employee time attendance / leave management system.

- Prepare and submit report to Labor Department, Social Insurance Department

- Manage all onboarding and offboarding process for new joined and resigned employee.

- Personnel administration Collect employees documents and keep them in employee profile.

- Ensure all the HR activities align with Vietnamese labor laws.

- Act as contact point from employer to liaising with government authorities.

- Implementing all mandatory reports to HQ as requirement.

- Ensure all process complies to Global policy

- Other tasks will be assigned by Directors.

- Ensure and provide the best working environment for staff such as managing working facility (computers, seat, name card, etc.), office facility, stationeries, working with external suppliers providing facility services.

- Manage the internal documents and cooperate with the accounting department (outsourced) for payments such as office payments, etc.

- Organize internal events creatively and dynamically such as meetings, company trips, team building events, ceremonies, workshops, etc.


Exigences de l’emploi

- Must have over 5 years of experience in HR filed, strong in recruitment

- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

- Ability to work independently.

-Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

- Looking for long-term working environment.

- Ability to handle data with high confidentiality is a must.

- Good Microsoft office such as words, excel, good at internet search skill.

- Good English communication in writing and verbal.
