Description de l’emploi

* Graphic Design
- Maintain corporate branding identity.
- Gather requirements from team member and provide art direction, design concepts and artwork to meet campaign objectives.
- Produce creative artwork and design for corporate collaterals to enhance brand image.
- Conduct market research and recommend appropriate concepts and designs for assigned tasks.
- Assist other departments in creating artwork as assigned.
* Advertising
- Responsible for creating corporate advertising within the given timeline.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to produce advertising materials i.e. Flash banner, corporate movies, TV commercials, etc.
- Ensure the submission of ad artwork within the given timeline.
- Assist in planning of ad campaign to increase brand image.
- Handle ad invoices submission.
- Corporate Communications
- Work closely with corporate staff to develop internal e-Newsletter.
- Create new hotel factsheet for announcements.
- Update monthly email banner.
- Update meeting room posters.
- Update hotel directory.
- Create e-Cards as assigned.
- Update and improve designs for corporate manuals and materials.
- Assist Communications team in PR-related activities.

Exigences de l’emploi

- Degree in graphic design or equivalent
- Creative and self motivated
- Able to work independently
- At least 02 years experience in the same position (Experience working in international 5-star hotels is preferred)
