Description de l’emploi

* Manage service departments and team members , and plan service annual plans and performance, while performing the following responsibilities.:
* Responsiblities Service Manger:
- Provides assistance with compressor start-ups, overhauls/repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provides troubleshooting and technical support to channel partners and customers. Executes assignments with guidance from experienced engineer.
- Follows up customer claim, resolve and/or recommend solutions
- Completes service and maintenance plan.
- Presents training programs to customers and channel partners.
- Issues reports pertaining to the compressor and provides feedback to other company departments, develops improvement solutions
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Exigences de l’emploi

- Graduated from University with major in Electromechanical Engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in the position of Service Manager is required
- Must have experience in managing 10 or more service staff
- Have experience in related equipment related to compressed air or equipment for home or service cars, motorbikes
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English
- Over 35 years old
