Description de l’emploi

- Record all expenses paid by stores (water, garbage, ice….).
- Record all operating expenses paid by HQ (IT expense, cleaning, security, stationery, maintenance, MKT expense….).
- Record all expenses relating to personnel expenses.
- Download all invoices and record electricity.
- Allocate leasing expenses and tax (VAT, PIT, BI) relating leasing.
- Manage prepaid expenses and do allocation.
- Accruel all expenses at the month end.
- Adjust stock count, fresh food count when request, closed store if any.
- Upload Good returns, rebate, purchasing from TAT, MM.
- Reconcile AR, AP, special intercompany transactions, and manage AR/AP aging.
- Perform revaluation: realized, unrealized foreign exchange gain/loss if any.
- Review trade payment list from AP team.
- Advance and settlement.
- Review expense, balance sheet, net off VAT & Close Accounting system.

Exigences de l’emploi

- University degree in Accounting, Finance.
- 02 years experiences in AR/ AP/ GL position.
- Good at English skills
- Good at Microsoft Office, excellent at Microsoft Excel.
- Good at communication and working in detail.
- Reliability, commitment, positive thinking of work and team work.
- Oracle experience is advance.
