* Essential Job Functions:
- Define, and develop the resources and investment needed to complete all required manufacturing deliverables for new product development (NPD) programs with moderate to enormous business impact from project inception through mass production launch.
- Analyzing and directing recommendations for problem resolution, collaborating with customers’ key decision-makers to the client’s expectation for deliverables.
- Champions the cross-functional team to formulate and present consistent and properly messaged commitments and program updates to the customer.
- Collaborate closely with other functional team members to ensure adherence to the NPD phase-gate process in executing program deliverables, conducting regular stakeholder reviews, and ensuring ease of new product integration into the manufacturing facility.
- Lead, coach, and advise other advanced manufacturing engineers and cross-functional team members in the definition and development of manufacturing concepts and processes integral to NPD using advanced techniques such as Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFM/A), Production Preparation Process (3P), MEA, and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Interfacing with internal and external clients to deliver updates, design recommendations, and analysis results
- Preparation of detailed technical presentations for both internal and client project engineering review

Exigences de l’emploi

* Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing work experience required. Experience in multiple functions preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, technical drawings and 3D modeling
- Integrated manufacturing experience in one or more of the following:die-casting, mold, stamp press, machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly.
- A knowledge of the qualities of metals and other materials
- Ability to plan and organise through several project stages
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Project
- Communicates effectively at multiple levels, drives results and accountability, customer-focused, builds effective teams, gains trust and commitment through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
- Innate Planning and Problem-solving ability is required
- Fluent in English, Vietnamese, and the ideal candidate also fluent in Korean
- Ability to relocate to Vietnam.
