Description de l’emploi

* Responsible for applying necessary license for Store operations (pre-opening, opening and then). This includes:
- Support our licensing program by working directly with related departments to prepare and maintain occupational licensing applications and other requirements.
- Regularly communicate with state regulators in order to accomplish licensing requirements.
- Communicate effectively with related departments by providing periodic updates regarding license status, including outstanding items.
- Research licensing requirements and provide guidance on the application of regulations.
- Responsible to prepare and provide documents/guidance to Store Manager or/and District Manager in meeting with local inspectors, initiating post-inspections.
- In charge of updating new law regulations and provide clarification to internal stakeholders for the changes. Handle to advise on a variety of legal issues and legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to store operations.
- Maintain established filing and tracking systems of licensing versions include origins, notarize copies and scans.
- Support other compliance-related activities as requested.

Exigences de l’emploi

- 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal.
- Eagerness to innovate processes and procedures with fresh ideas and forward thinking.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with superb attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand, interpret, and act on information promptly and effectively.
- Willing to travel.
