Description de l’emploi

Change Management Team is looking for a strategic member that brings in the financial expertise in the form of Business Analyst. The main duties include gathering data and developing solutions meet business needs based on financial perspective. The deliverables (in writing and through presentations) shall introduce the findings and recommendations to upper management.

  • Collects information to understand the business situation, the project requirements, ensure the essential information being documented & tracked,
  • Propose & apply the suitable methodologies to examinate the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
  • Liaise with Board of Management to analyze and develop a new cost structure in coordination between different Business Units.
  • Identifying gaps, provide domain expertise inputs for transformation projects during the planning phrase and deployment
  • Works with related team(s) for work breakdown, effort estimation & follow-up.
  • Manage changes details throughout the project life cycles and work with Project Manager to align the project timeline.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese - both oral and written;
  • Domain knowledge in Finance (CBA, Cost Allocation and monitoring, etc. )
  • Basic knowledge relating to operational domain (Workforce Management, Quality Management, Lean Process, etc.)
  • Experience working in Digital Transformation projects
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
