* Job Description:
- Assess project feasibility by researching technology, design, regulations, and demand
- Develop and implement master plans for new construction and major renovation projects as per manager instructions
- Coordinate with management to determine project priorities and scope
Assist project team in reviewing design drawings, specifications, and documents
- Stay up-to-date on design, construction and technology trends through industry publications, manuals, and textbooks
- Innovate and assist in developing new architectural standards, policies, and procedures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
