Descripción del trabajo

- Manage the manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations to ensure the organizational objectives are achieved in terms of production, quality, and delivery.

- Work effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure operational activities achieve the daily target and the success of utility services. Follow up shipment until the end and reconciliation.

- Identify and highlight potential issues, failures, and rejects, and apply effective problem-solving tools and techniques to eliminate the root cause of problems, and reduce waste in operations. Keep the production floor in the right manner and maintain the visuals and standards.

- Lead, guide, monitor, and improve employees’ knowledge and capabilities to gain the team’s high performance and departmental objectives, coordinate with the Human Resources team and relevant functions to respond to team members’ grievances, increase incentive and employee satisfaction level to enhance employee engagement by reducing absenteeism & labor turnover rate.

- Ensure that the factory adheres to the requirements of the latest ISO version, health and safety environment, and buyers’ compliances.
