Descripción del trabajo

- Manage whole development teams and support to solve stuck and move business operation forward.
- Control and manage all aspect of project from get requirement to delivery.
- Direct project’s resources, develop project plan, ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and OP meets company’s policy.
- Coordinate with stakeholder to ensure the overall success of the project.
- Solve project problems and conflicts when necessary.
- Ensure that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.
- Orient the challenge for each subordinate and measure the achievement.
- Make plan to develop skill of subordinate to meet company strategy.
- Monitor performance and coaching subordinate in business knowledge, development process, management skill and solving method.
- Support pre-sales activities, includes consulting, proposing solution and estimation.

***Working hour: Mon -Fri (8:00-17:00)

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related fields. Master’s Degree or above is preferable.
- Good in Japanese (N2 level) or English (TOEIC 750 equivalent).
- More than 10 years of experience in software development (related to manufacturing or retails industry); with 5 years’ experience in management level.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Strong in negotiating with customer, solving internal issue among teams.
- Good designing documentation skill.
- Able to work under high presure & tight schedule.
- Able to lead team to work successfully.

Preferable:
- Got Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP).
- Can use Japanese in work of have Japanese company experience.
