* Job Brief
- We are looking for an experience QC MANAGER to Control the quality of construction project for LPG tank, Double wall API tank, Sphere Storage Tank, Piping system and equipment erection at our construction sites. QC MANAGER will plan and apply the quality control system to ensure the quality of construction works in our project as planning in following quality plan.
- QC MANAGER will also attend the inspection/ quality meeting/ quality audit activities to ensure the result of inspection and test are satisfy with design, project specification and code or standard application. QC MANAGER need to have good experience in welding, material, and NDE work. QC MANAGER must be competent in visual inspection, planning, auditing and execution following the planning. Ensure the safety of related task.
* Responsibilities
- Establish and implement Project Quality Plan.
- Establish the project quality control organization and assign to quality control personnel.
- Review and approve for project document generated by project quality controller/ NDE procedure/ quality document form Subcontractor/ Vendor.
- Develop and train personnel for all product quality control.
- Making technical advice and consult for all activities related to inspection and test.
- Resolving with Project Engineer in any technical document discrepancies, ambiguities, confusion or queries, expressed by construction personnel, Subcontractor or Owner.
- Monitoring and auditing all project quality assurance and control activities.
- Do the Daily/weekly & Monthly report following project requirement.

Requerimiento de trabajo

* Requirements
- Knowledge for international standard such as: ISO, API 650, API 620, ASME, ASTM...
- Knowledge for material using in construction project for piping, tank, pressure vessel, steel structure, must be able to read and understand requirement of material in ASME SECTION II
- Know well for welding procedure.
- Knowledge for welding procedure and welder performance qualification as ASME SECTION IX.
- Knowledge about PWHT and hardness requirement.
- Knowledge about NDEs method and select the suitable method for apply. Know weld about acceptance standard of NDE and NDE procedure as ASME section V.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Professional certification and experience for control the boiler system will be a plus
- Experience with Double wall tanks API/ Sphere tank ASME.
* Experience requires:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience with QC manager position.
- Background: Mechanical Engineer & Welding Engineer
