Descripción del trabajo

- Proceed Import Permit, Type approval, Test Report for the product required before customer clearance
- Follow up the new purchase order after arising: delivery date, payment term, shipping method, license …
- Nominate the appropriate forwarder/courier/insurance company for shipping in cost-effective and good quality services
- Clear customs and release the goods to final destination in good condition
- Follow up the defective/replacement unit (if any): outbound/inbound
- Resolve the pending documents with custom department
- Claim for the faulty unit (if any) with vendor/insurance company/courier
- Search technical sheet for the related products
- Update circular, decree, official dispatch … form government related to import-export procedure
- Support Pricing team for shipping cost and other related fee.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Experience in Import-Export, Logistic, Operation at least 01 year
- Be able to do the customer clearance onsite at port/airport
- English communication (speaking & writing)
- Can work under pressure, overtime, team work, high responsibility
- Careful, hardworking, initiative person.
