Descripción del trabajo

- Conduct business market research, customer research, consumer behaviors relating to PU foam marketing for footwear indusrty.

- Research and build a list of potential customers; proactively approach, introduce, consult and close sales with customers

- Make a market development plan according to the brand orientation and the company’s sales for all products the company is trading.

- Be responsible for finding new customers, new markets to increase Sales volumes

- Taking care of present customers to ensure PO from them

- Cooperate with sale team/production team to resolve customers’complaints or product errors

- Follow all delivery plans to customers

- Making weekly/quarterly Marketing Reports

- And other tasks as requested by team manager

+ From Monday to Friday: 7:30AM - 5:00 PM

+ Saturday : 7:30AM - 12:00 AM

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in business: Marketing, Sales, Business management,International Economics....

- 5+ years of sales experience in the market

- Fluency in English

- Ably in using MS application

- Enthusiastic, dynamic, able to work in a team

- Ability to negotiate and convince well

- Experience in sales team for Nike/adidas is a plus.
