As a Junior PR & Event Marketing, you will work closely with Marketing team to determine key events, handle all activities from start-to-finish (Planning, Budgeting, Registration, Attendance, etc.), and prove effective


Responsibilities

  • Key person in taking care of the company’s events varying from sponsorship events to co-host/key-host, online/offline events.
  • Participating in finding sponsorships, inviting KOLs/VIPs/Experts as a speaker/captain/...
  • Support in taking care of the company’s existing partners & be proactive in expanding the company’s partnership network.
  • Proactively propose and carry out effective PR, promotional events.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, letters, press releases, video ...
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and prepare reports.
  • Undertake relevant market research
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.

Requerimiento de trabajo

Qualifications: Bachelors degree (Marketing major or equivalence is a referral).

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in the event field with good administration/ organization skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team member
  • Able to travel aboard & work under high pressure
  • Good presentation skill or as an MC on stage is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and proficiency in typical office working software (PowerPoint, excel, etc).

Attitude:Professional, Customer-oriented, Detail-oriented, Can-do attitude.
