* Purpose of Job
Be directly responsible for performing all HR-related duties by providing day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations in the Office.

- Support for procedures or papers relating personnel or staffing issues.
- Manage Employee Database: Record/update/adjust employees’ profile database.
- Conduct onboarding & offboarding program for staff members: Admin and HR procedures, personal docs, bank account, …etc.
- Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and employee engagement.
- Support issues related to labor relations (working discipline, remunerative, holiday, etc.)
- Support HR team in SHUI registration, Trade Union activities, …
- Establish and maintain relations with government, labor union and other related personnel stakeholders.
- Support expatriates on working permits & visa and relocated work related.
- Support with any employee issues and concerns.
* Admin
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to desired contacts.
- Oversee and provide general support and assistance to daily office operation.
- Be responsible for office hygiene and innovation/decoration and maintenance.
- Be the main contact point to receive, process, and send the company’s documents.
- Work with suppliers, follow up Pos and conduct payment for office supplies and services.
- Manage company’s assets.
- Manage all office equipment and facilities: Plan and execution for preservation, replacement or fixing.
- Support the internal & external events (Company trip, team building, year-end party, events…).
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Requerimiento de trabajo
- Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2-3 years of experience in Admin/ HR general.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS, labor law.
- Good communication, presentation, time management, problem solving, organizational and good planning skill.
- High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required.
- Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
