ABOUT THE ROLE
Crossian is a high-growth technology-driven e-commerce business. Behind our success is our people. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV.

We are looking for a proactive, result-driven, and creative individual to support our dynamic Marketing team and explore what you can achieve in the global eCommerce industry!

As a Graphic Designer, you are in charge of creating the right digital materials for our products to generate the most effective online graphics, including social media ad and product page. You will work with our in-house Content Marketing team to make your ideas become reality, then report the performance of your work to our Marketing Manager.

This is a challenging but exciting job of which you will be rewarded accordingly. Now the answer is up to you: Are you ready to join the crew?

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create and design various materials for digital collateral such as: product logo, banner, product’s image, product page
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and alignment to business strategy
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Requerimiento de trabajo

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Good knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals
  • Proven skilled usage of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and other graphic design software
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members
  • Active interest in Art/ Design and passionate about the work you deliver
