Descripción del trabajo

- Prepare dishes and food items according to the company’s standards, recipes and guidelines

- Maintain hygiene of the kitchen area, comply with all safety and sanitation regulations, ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils

- Manage the kitchen stock, timely order products/kitchen items and check it’s quality upon receiving, place and store the products accordingly

- Assist other team members when necessary

- Take part in monthly inventory and general cleaning

- Complete checklists daily

* Conditions:

- 6 days working week, 8 hours working day, staff meal allowance, performance bonus, annual paid leave

- Monthly Salary range: 8-10 mil vnd depending on the experience and skillset

* Work place: 19 Tran Ngoc Dien Street, Thao Đien, District 2, HCM

Requerimiento de trabajo

- At least 3+ years of experience on the same position

- Culinary diploma/certificate holders are preferred

- Knowledge of traditional and modern cooking methods and techniques

- Ability to follow recipes, guidelines and sanitary procedures according to the Company’s standards in a fast paced environment

- Good communication skill, spoken English would be an advantage

- Strong work ethics, punctuality and responsibility
