ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Participants of Crossian Talent Internship Program (CTIP) are offered a guaranteed internship opportunity at a fast-growing and results-focus technology company. During this internship, you get to enhance your skills and put your studies into practice.

As part of the internship program, participants are offered:

  • Internship allowance up to 10M/month and unlimited bonus for high performers
  • Intensive training in social content creation, digital marketing, email marketing, product
  • Personal mentoring by experts in product research, content performance measurement, audience behaviors analysis, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Researching the US market and its customers to pick the right products to sell online
  • Planning and executing an effective content strategy
  • Scripting ad images and videos, and working closely with the Video and Graphics team to produce ad content for your products
  • Writing and editing ad copies for your products
  • Creating different A/B test options to choose the most effective content
  • Tracking and analyzing different metrics to optimize the performance of your content
  • Working with in-house teams to keep track of your products
  • Conducting weekly performance reports of your content

Requerimiento de trabajo

COULD YOU BE THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • A student in the last year of Bachelors studies or fresh graduates
  • Proficiency in English, IELTS 6.5++
  • Good logical and critical thinking
  • Data driven mindset
  • Paying attention to detail
  • Hard-working and eager to learn and be passionate about content marketing, cross-border E-commerce
  • Ability to commit to a Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)


RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our selection process has 3 stages

  • Aptitude test: If you are selected to this stage, you will receive an invitation via email or phone within 7 days after you submit your CV
  • First-round interview: Selected candidates will be invited to a virtual interview with Content Team Leader
  • Final interview: Selected candidates will be invited to a virtual or on-site interview with Hiring Manager
  • Final decision: We will make the final decision within 7 days after the final interview. You will be notified by our recruitment team via email or phone
